Nutrition Coaching
Christina Kacinski is the holistic nutrition coach at walking wholly. Nutrition coaching is for anyone who is in a place where they need help with their health. Whether you’re struggling with energy, weight gain or loss, what to eat, how to cook, hormonal imbalances, mineral imbalances, and more, holistic nutrition coaching based in natural, ancestral practices and God’s design is a stress-free way to find freedom and revitalized wellness for your body. Christina offers personalized coaching for any individual in any phase of their health journey. Holistic Bundle
This bundle is a month long commitment to your overall wellness. When you purchase this bundle you will meet with our nutritionist twice and our life coach twice. We believe that wellness is all encompassing and that most time, it is crucial to work on the physical and mental together.
